At Hampshire Travel Clinic we understand that business travel can be different. The business traveller will often have no choice when and where they travel and planning can be challenging.
There are 8 million trips carried out by business travellers each year. The major difference between business travel and travelling for pleasure is that it is the employers duty to carry out a risk assessment (including health risks) and finance any health interventions required.
Where Hampshire Travel Clinic holds a contract with the parent company we will carry out your travel risk assessment, provide the health interventions required and invoice your company.
Where we do not hold a contract with your company we will carry out the health risk assessment and administer any necessary vaccines. Payment will be required by the individual at the consultation for any health intervention given, and a receipt will be provided so that the individual may be reimbursed by their company.
We can “pre immunise” your business travellers so no matter where they go in the world they will be protected, this includes Armed Services, MOD, Border Force etc., who often find themselves being placed somewhere at very short notice. Workplace vaccinations can be provided at an extra cost where the company holds a contract with Hampshire Travel Clinic.
Hampshire Travel Clinic is also a Yellow Fever registered centre.
